Shipping and Delivery

We want to make sure your order gets to you quickly and reliably. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle dispatch and delivery.


Shipping options

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. Delivery prices are calculated based on the weight of your order and can be selected at checkout.

• Economy delivery - 2-4 working days:
- up to 1 kg: Yodel Store Collection £2.10 OR Royal Mail home delivery £3.55.
- 1kg - 2 kg: Yodel Store Collection £2.70 OR Royal Mail home delivery £3.55.
- 2 kg - 5 kg: Yodel Store Collection £4.15 OR Royal Mail home delivery £5.45.
- above 5 kg: Yodel Store Collection £6.20 OR Evri home delivery £6.60.
• Standard Delivery - 1-2 working days:
- up to 2 kg: Royal Mail home delivery £4.55.
- 2 kg to 5 kg: DPD £5.85.
- above 5 kg: DPD £7.85.
• Express Delivery – Guaranteed next day:
- up to 5 kg: Royal Mail £14.30.
- 5 kg to 10 kg: Royal Mail £19.90.

Delivery timeframes apply from the date of dispatch and exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Dispatch

We do our best to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) are aimed, but not guaranteed, to be dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will usually be dispatched the next working day.
  • ​Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details, so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.
  • On particularly busy days, dispatch times might be slightly longer — but we’ll always work hard to avoid delays.

Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

  • Standard delivery is usually expected within 48 to 72 hours of dispatch, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Express delivery orders are typically delivered within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses.

Please note that once your order has been handed over to the courier, it's out of our hands — so while we do our best to meet these timeframes, we can’t guarantee exact delivery times.
