Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the condition of the returned item and the reason for return. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take a few days to appear, depending on your bank.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please email us at info@rewildbaking.co.uk with the following:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review the situation and arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.


Changing your mind

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it — no problem. Please email info@rewildbaking.co.uk to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return an Item or Order

We’re sorry to hear that your order wasn’t quite right. If you’d like to return an item, we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Please follow the steps below:

1. Let Us Know

Send an email to info@rewildbaking.co.uk stating your order number and the reason for the return. This helps us process your request more efficiently.

2. Pack Your Item Carefully

Please make sure your item is packaged securely using suitable materials. Returns must arrive in good condition — unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund if the item is damaged due to improper packaging.

3. Send It Back via Royal Mail

You can return your item at any Royal Mail Post Office. Be sure to keep your proof of postage until your return is confirmed.

4. We’ll Let You Know

As soon as we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email and begin processing your refund.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and should appear in your account within 5 working days after we’ve confirmed receipt of the return.
