How do I place an order?

  4. Review your order and click “Check Out.”
  5. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details.

How can I cancel or amending my order?

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible — which means there's only a small window to make changes once it’s been placed.

 

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please email us at info@rewildbaking.co.uk as soon as you can.
 

If your order hasn’t yet been processed, we’ll do our best to make the changes or cancel it for you. However, please note that this is not guaranteed.
 

If we’ve already started processing your order, it may be too late to cancel or amend it — but don’t worry. You’re still welcome to return the item once it arrives, following our Returns Process for a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and GooglePay as a payment method.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship CoreBake within the United Kingdom. We’re working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned for future updates.

How long does delivery take?

We offer several delivery options at checkout, ranging from next‑day delivery to more economical choices. This way, you can choose what works best for you.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update the address before it ships.

 

However, if the package has already left our warehouse, we’re unfortunately unable to change the address or cancel the order. In that case, we recommend reaching out to the delivery service once you receive your tracking info.

What is your return/refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we do accept returns and offer refunds under certain conditions.

Product Information

Are there any allergens in your mix (e.g. nuts, dairy)?

This product does not contain any allergens as ingredients and our workshop does not handle allergens either. However, please note that while we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee it is completely free from trace amounts of allergens due to potential cross-contact during production of the raw ingredients.
 

The product contains a gluten level that is below the internationally agreed maximum (20 parts per million) considered safe for people with celiac disease. However, raw materials are not independently tested, so trace amounts of gluten may be present. If you have specific concerns, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider.

Is your product made with non-GMO ingredients?

Yes, our flour mix is GMO-free. We’re committed to using high-quality, natural ingredients.

What are the ingredients of your flour mix?

There are only four simple ingredients: Oat fibre, Psyllium Husk, Potassium Bitartrate Sodium Bicarbonate. 

How should I store the flour mix after opening?

To keep your flour mix fresh and maintain its quality, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The pouch comes with a resealable press-close strip, so make sure it’s sealed properly after each use.

 

If you prefer to transfer the mix to a jar or container, ensure it has a tight-fitting lid to prevent any moisture from getting in, as this can affect the texture and shelf life of the flour.

Is it suitable for keto diets?

Yes, our flour mix is suitable for keto diets—it contains only 4.2g of carbs per 100g. However, the final carb content will depend on the other ingredients you use in your recipe. To help you stay on track, all our recipes include full nutritional information for the finished product.

Are your products made in a gluten-free facility?

Yes, our products are made in a gluten-free facility. However, while we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that trace amounts of gluten aren't present in the base ingredients from our suppliers.

What makes your mix low-carb?

All the ingredients in our mix are naturally low in carbohydrates, which helps keep the total carbs content down. On top of that, it's high in fiber—this is important because the body doesn’t fully digest or absorb fiber like other carbs. That means the net carbs (the carbs that actually impact your blood sugar) are even lower, making our mix a great option for low-carb diets.

Is your flour mix suitable for people with celiac disease?

How is your mix different from regular gluten-free flour?

Our flour mix stands out because it’s designed not only to be gluten-free but also to be health-conscious. Unlike many standard gluten-free flours, our mix is low in carbs, high in fibre, and doesn’t cause blood sugar spikes.

We keep it simple with just 4 natural ingredients—no artificial additives, sweeteners, or flavour enhancers. Plus, it delivers a taste and texture that’s very close to traditional flour, so you won’t have to compromise on flavour or performance in your recipes!

Is your product safe for diabetics?

Yes, our product is safe for diabetics. Since fiber isn't digested by the body, it doesn’t cause the same rapid rise in blood sugar levels as other carbohydrates. However, as with any dietary change, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider to ensure it aligns with your specific needs.

Is it high in fiber?

Yes, our flour mix is high in fiber. The oat fiber flour and psyllium husk contribute significantly to its fiber content. Because of this, we recommend starting with smaller amounts if you're not used to a high-fiber diet, to give your digestive system time to adjust.

It's also important to remember that while our mix is a great source of fiber, it should be enjoyed as part of a healthy, balanced diet.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes, it is! Both the pouch and the label are compostable, so you can dispose of them in an environmentally conscious way. In fact, they’re great for adding to your garden compost and helping to nourish the soil. We’re proud to prioritise sustainability in our packaging.

Are your deliveries eco-friendly?

Yes, all our orders are shipped in fully recyclable cardboards or biodegradable mailing bag. That means you can feel good knowing your delivery won’t end up in a landfill. We're always looking for new ways to reduce our environmental impact—even in the little details like shipping materials.
